Using Sylos UK — what to expect.
These terms outline the relationship between you (the customer) and Sylos UK, a platform that connects individuals and businesses to local service providers.
1. Our Role:
Sylos UK does not carry out the services listed on our site. We are a referral and coordination platform, helping to match your request with a qualified independent contractor.
We do not employ contractors, and we are not responsible for their scheduling, conduct, pricing, or the completion of services.
2. Payment & Fees:
All pricing, quotes, and payment arrangements are handled directly between you and the contractor.

Sylos UK takes no payment from customers

We receive a commission from contractors only after a job is completed

You are not charged any additional fees for using our platform
3. Job Requests & Cancellations:
Once a request is submitted:

We will do our best to match you with an available contractor

The contractor may contact you directly for further details

If you need to cancel or change your request, please let us know as soon as possible
4. Disputes & Feedback:

However, the final responsibility for job quality, timekeeping, and customer satisfaction lies with the contractor.
