Using Sylos UK — what to expect.

 

These terms outline the relationship between you (the customer) and Sylos UK, a platform that connects individuals and businesses to local service providers.

 

 

1. Our Role:

Sylos UK does not carry out the services listed on our site. We are a referral and coordination platform, helping to match your request with a qualified independent contractor.

 

We do not employ contractors, and we are not responsible for their scheduling, conduct, pricing, or the completion of services.

 

 

2. Payment & Fees:

All pricing, quotes, and payment arrangements are handled directly between you and the contractor.

 

• Sylos UK takes no payment from customers

• We receive a commission from contractors only after a job is completed

• You are not charged any additional fees for using our platform

 

 

 

3. Job Requests & Cancellations:

Once a request is submitted:

 

• We will do our best to match you with an available contractor

• The contractor may contact you directly for further details

• If you need to cancel or change your request, please let us know as soon as possible

 

 

 

4. Disputes & Feedback:

If you’re unhappy with the service:

• We will review and help mediate with the contractor where possible##

However, the final responsibility for job quality, timekeeping, and customer satisfaction lies with the contractor.
